A teacher is reported to have stabbed his creditor to death over the unpaid debt he owed the deceased.
The deceased whose name has been given as Baafi is a 32-year-old electronic shop operator in Berekum in the Bono Region.
Reports available indicate the deceased went to the teacher’s residence has been stab to death by a teacher to collect money he was owed by the teacher.
The discussions that ensued between the two turned ugly and resulted in a fight between them. It was during this that the suspect whose name has only been given as Ankwaah stabbed Baafi in the stomach.
According to an eyewitness report, the two exchanged blew hot words at each other, then exchanged blows, then the suspect went for a knife to stab the deceased.
Baafi immediately rushed to the hospital but could not survive. He passed on at the Berekum Holy Family hospital.

The Ghana Police Service has commenced investigations into the incident.
