The late E. T Mensah is official known as Enoch Teye Mensah (his full name). He passed on at the age of 77 on the 1st Of October 2023. When it comes to date of birth, Honorable E. T Mensah was born on the 17th of May 1946. Honorable E. T Mensah was a former member of parliament for the good people of Ningo Prampram constituency in Ghana. Currently,  Honorable Sam George Nartey is the member of Parliament for the good people of Ningo Prampram

Enoch Teye Mensah was one of the vibrant political figures in Ghana. Honorable Enoch Teye bacme a member of people representing the people of Ningo Prampram in parliament from January 1997 till 2016 elections where he lost the primaries at Ningo Prampram constituency and a new member of parliament for the people of Ningo Prampram was sworn into officer as a member of parliament in 2017 January.

Honorable Enoch Teye Mensah also became a Minister for Water Resources, Works and Housing under the administration of the late president of Ghana His, Excellency John Evans Fiifi Ata Mills.
