Honorable Enoch Teye bacme a member of people representing the people of Ningo Prampram in parliament from January 1997 till 2016 elections where he lost the primaries at Ningo Prampram constituency and a new member of parliament for the people of Ningo Prampram was sworn into officer as a member of parliament in 2017 January.
