Biography of Theresa Kufuor.

The former First Lady of the Republic of Ghana Mrs. Theresa Kufuor was also known as Mensah. Therefore,  she was noted by the full name Theresa Kufuor. Mrs. Theresa Kufuor was born on the 25th of October 1935. She became the First Lady in the history of Ghana as the second First Lady in the 4th Republic of Ghana. When her husband was in office as the president of Ghana from 2000 to 2008, Mrs. Theresa Kufuor made significant efforts to impact the lives of female students across the country. In her prime, Mrs. Theresa Kufuor worked as a nurse and a midwife where she retired.

As death may have it, Mrs. Theresa Kufuor died at the age of 88 on the 1st of October 2023. It happens that October is her birth month. That is, she was born in October and died in October. Mrs. Theresa Kufuor (former First Lady of Ghan) was preceded by Nana Agyemang Kunadu Rawlings and succeeded Ernestina Naadu Mills.
