UCC Releases Admission List, See How to Check Here
The management of UCC has released the 2025 to 2026 professional admission list for the successful applicants for the three- and five-semester programs. If you are one of the applicants, you can follow the below steps to check your application status.
Three-semester bachelor of education sandwich programmes
The Institute of Education, University of Cape Coast, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), is running three-semester Bachelor of Education (Post-Diploma in Basic Education) programs in the sandwich mode to upgrade holders of the Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) to a bachelor’s degree. Applications are open for the (third) batch of students.

- B.ED. (Post-Diploma) in Early Childhood Education
- B.ED. (Post-Diploma) in Primary Education
- B.ED. (Post-Diploma) in Junior High School (JHS) Education

First, visit the UCC admission checker portal to the below link
https://admissionlist.ucc.edu.gh/online_letters/admList.php
Once you are on the page, you need to enter your first name and surname in the field provided, together with the program applied.
Search up after your admission status
- You can search using the first name only surname only program only or any combination of them
- You will need your application reference number in order to print your letter
- If you applied as a mature student, please use your index number given during the entrance examinations
Now your admission status will be displayed to you and if you have been admitted, you can proceed to print your admission letter
From here you can proceed to pay your tuition fee by going to the fee schedule to see the one that applies to you
