Donald Trump Disqualified from 2024 U.S Polls

Formal U.S. president, Donald Trump, has been disqualified from contesting the United States of America presidential election in 2024 by a Colorado Court.

The 45th President of the United States was declared ineligible for running the next presidential race on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, by the Colorado Supreme Court.

The Colorado Supreme Court declared Donald Trump as ineligible, which will seize him from participation in the upcoming general elections when the court ruled 4-3 against the formal President as a result of his involvement in insurrection.

The decision to disqualified him from participating in the next polls is backed by a section 3 of the US Constitution, 14th Amendment to disqualify a presidential candidate.

The clause 14th Amendment says: officials who take an oath to support the Constitution are banned from future office if they “engaged in insurrection.”

This is the first time in Americans history that the constitutional clause has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate.

The decision taken by the Supreme Court indicates that Donald Trump has engaged in insurrection on January 6,2021, when his followers storms the capitol follows the current president Joe Biden election victory.

The Colorado Court explains that until January 4, a day before the American Ballot Certification deadline for presidential elections, before the decision will take effect.

“In this appeal from a district court proceeding under the Colorado Election Code, the supreme court considers whether former President Donald J. Trump may appear on the Colorado Republican presidential primary ballot in 2024.

majority of the court holds that President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Because he is disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Colorado Secretary ofState to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot. The court stays its ruling until January 4, 2024, subject to any further appellateproceedings.” statement released by the Colorado Court.

The spokesperson for the formal President, Steven Cheung disclosed his disappointment with the court supreme court decision to prevent his client from participation in the upcoming presidential election.

Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice,”
