Management of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has officially released the 2023/2024 Academic & Residential Fees for Freshers and Continuing Students.

Apply for KNUST Student Residence, Fees For 2023/2024 and More For The Academic Year
Below is the procedure for registration.
Freshers must:
- Accept the offer of admission to proceed.
- Pay academic fees in full before applying for accommodation.
- Please note: Do not pay academic and residential fees together. Make a reservation for accommodation before payment of residential fees.
Interested fresh undergraduate students should apply here: https://halls.knust.edu.gh/
Follow the steps below to make a reservation and select a room
- Login with your Application Number and PIN.
- Select the Make a reservation button to view available accommodation.
- Read and accept the accommodation instructions.
- Select accommodation from the list available. A reservation code will be generated.
- Logout of the system and proceed to a paypoint to pay residential fees.
- After payment of residential fees, login to the system to select a room
Students are not eligible to apply or book for accommodation of they don’t meet the following requirements.

- Fees must be paid in full at the beginning of the semester
- Students are required to pay the relevant Fees as specified under A+B1+B2 and Residential Fees into KNUST MAIN FEES COLLECTION ACCOUNT at any of the following Banks:
GCB BANK/ECOBANK/ REPUBLIC BANK/UBA BANK/CAL BANK/ CONSOLIDATED BANK GHANA(CBG) , ABSA BANK/STANBIC BANK/ STANDARD CHARTERED BANK AND GHANA POST - Residential Fees and Academic Fees should be paid separately into the same accounts using different pay-in-slips for each fee item (i.e. Residential Fees, Academic Fees)
- All freshmen are to have their Chest X-ray examination at KNUST Hospital
- Physical Development Levy** is for the setting up of solar street lights and maintenance of walkways on campus.
KNUST Fresh students are expected to report to school on Saturday, 6th September 2024. Continuing students will also report on 13th September 2024. The official fees have also been released.
