How To Change Your KNUST Program After Admission
Getting admitted into KNUST isn’t an easy task for candidates. But one question students keep asking is whether or not you can change your course after getting admitted. This article therefore seeks to enlighten students on how to change your KNUST program after admission.
When provisional admission letters are given, a few candidates, tragically, end up getting admission to peruse programs they least needed, bringing us to the main justification for this article.
How To Change Your KNUST Program after Admission
The student should finish the first year of the program to which the individual in question was admitted. For instance, if a candidate was admitted to read BA English and wishes to change to BA Political Science, the person should initially finish level 100 as an English understudy. After the first year, the student can notify the Head of Department (HOD) of their chosen program of their intent to change programs.

The newly chosen program should be similar to the past one. A business student, for instance, won’t be allowed to change their major to Medicine. The new program’s HOD will demand the past program’s examination results, and if they meet the requirements and there is space to take more students, their change of program will be formalized.
