Avoid Bread And Tea If You Have These Medical Conditions

When you’re sick, it’s best to avoid foods like bread and tea. Bread is generally made from white flour, sugar, and salt and is a highly processed product. Because of this, it’s the fundamental argument for doing this. Tea can be sweetened with either real or artificial sugar.
