Onions are one of the most well-known spicy vegetables, and they are usually served with other vegetables. It’s almost impossible to make a well-dressed dish these days without onions.

Fiber and folic acid, two nutrients that help the body make and keep healthy new cells, are found in large amounts in this vegetable. Onions have organic sulfur compounds that make them healthy to eat raw or cooked.

On the other hand, if you have certain medical conditions, you might not be able to eat onions. These are major health problems that will only get worse if you keep eating them. In this post, we’ll look at some of the health risks that come with eating onions that have been cooked.
