Baba Rahman Finally Speaks After Black Stars Painful Exit From The World Cup Competition.

The world cup is one of the greatest football events that every Player on earth wants to leave a mark thereby setting unprecedented records. The Black Stars of Ghana went to hell to be able to qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. The last two games were played against South Africa and the Super Eagles of Nigeria. After all plans and games, the Black Stars of Ghana were through to the World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

Black Stars prepared enough for the world cup through training and other technical issues. We were hoping for better results but that did not show up. The Black Stars of Ghana were eliminated from the tournament at the group stages and placed last on the group table.

One of the left-back defenders for the Black Stars of Ghana, has finally spoken about Black Stars’ exit from the World Cup tournament from the group stages. Speaking at one of the media houses which was recorded on Onua TV, Baba Rahman is of the view that it was a great moment to have played at the world cup, and despite Black Star’s elimination from the world cup, the moment at the tournament was very great that everyone else will wish to encounter.

At the world cup, the Black Stars of Ghana played their first game against Portugal. Christiano Ronaldo scored his first goal of the tournament through a penalty. At the end of the first match, Portugal scored Black Stars three (3) goals and the Black Stars of Ghana scored two (2) goals making it 3:2 at the end of the final whistle of the Game.

Moreover, the Black Stars of Ghana played their second game against the Republic of Korea. At the end of the final whistle, the Black Stars of Ghana won by 3 goals to 2.

The last game at the group stages was between Ghana Black Stars and Uruguay. Black stars only need a draw to advance to the round of 16th of the tournament. Unfortunately, the Black stars of Ghana considered two (2) unanswered goals from Uruguay, which suggests that the Black Stars of Ghana and Uruguay have to exit from the World cup for Portugal and the Republic of South Korea to advance to the next stage of the tournament.

South Korea was eliminated by Brazil in the round of 16th. Portugal overrode Switzerland in the round of 16th to see the Quarterfinals of the tournament.

In the Quarterfinals, Portugal was defeated by Morocco by a goal at the end if the final whistle. Currently, all the group H teams are out of the tournament (Ghana (eliminated at the group stage), Uruguay (eliminated at the group stage), The Republic of South Korea (eliminated in the round of 16th by Brazil), and Portugal (eliminated at the Quarter Finals by Morocco).
