Breaking! How Teacher Raped 13 Girls, Impregnated 8, and got a death sentence

A teacher has done the unimaginable by successfully raping 13 girls. This criminal act of having carnal knowledge of the girl without their consent which is also against the teaching Profession and ethical principles led to the impregnating of 8 of the 13 girls.

The teacher happens to be a Principle of a school in Indonesia.

According to the facts available from the court which sentenced him to death, the teacher started committing the act when he was 30 years and by the time he turned 36, he had messed up the lives of the 13 innocent girls.

According to the judge, the 13 girls were between 12 and 16 years old.

The court after hearing the facts of the case gave its ruling, which was posted on the court’s website on Monday. Indonesia’s Bandung High Court has confirmed handing the death penalty to the teacher, Herry Wirawan to deter like-minded persons

“[We] hereby punish the defendant with the death penalty,” the court said.

“Wirawan was proven guilty of the crimes of purposely committing violence, forcing intercourse on more than one victim repeatedly,” the judge told the court in the city of Bandung in West Java.

Indonesian officials, including the country’s child protection minister, backed calls for the death penalty, though the country’s human rights commission, which opposes the death penalty, said it was not appropriate

The teacher’s life imprisonment judgment was altered after, prosecutors approached got in touch with the High Court and filed a new appeal pleading the court to hand the teacher the death penalty instead of a life sentence.  In addition to the death sentence, was instructed to pay £15,922 compensation or 300 million Indonesian rupiahs.

The teacher sexually assaulted girls between 12 and 16 years of age from 2016 to 2021.

The acts of raping students started in 2016 and were shredded in secrecy and no one knew of what was going on until one of his victims decided to bold get the facts known to the family who later reported the matter to the police.

The court disclosed that the Wirawan raped the students using 10 different locations over the period. He sexually assaulted the girls in the school foundation’s office, a boarding schoolroom, a hotel and an apartment during the period.

This criminal act and abuse of the girls led to the birth of not less than nine babies born from the rapes. The sexual assaults of the teacher also made the victims suffer injuries.

It is reported that he assaulted the unsuspecting girls on the pretext of giving them massages. To cover up his bad deeds, he went ahead to promise marriage to the students and also financed their college education, and took care of the children born out of his rape expeditions.
