The Erasmus Mundus EMINEP Scholarship (European Master for Industry in Microwave Electronics and Photonics) is a new project funded by the European Union that runs from September 1, 2023 to October 31, 2029.
In comparison to EMIMEO, the new master will introduce several new initiatives and activities. Indeed, the Program Committee is still working to improve the quality of the teaching program for students and strengthen relationships with industries and research institutes.

The project’s partners include the University of Limoges (UNILIM, France), the University of Brescia (UNIBS, Italy), the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU, Spain), and the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena’s Abbe School of Photonics (FSUJena, Germany). The consortium is awaiting approval from the Erasmus + Agency.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Photonics, or Applied Physics.
The applicants may have a strong background in signal processing, electromagnetism, telecommunications, embedded systems, analogue and digital electronics, electromagnetic wave propagation, and photonics principles.
Furthermore, the applicant may submit the final grade of the bachelor’s programme. For example, applicants can use the Eric-naric recognition convention to convert their grades.
Have previous professional experience (industrial internship, academic project, summer jobs) and/or research experience.
