The wait for the 2023 WASSCE result release is nearly over as WAEC sends a crucial message to WASSCE candidates. According to WAEC’s latest update, students and the general public should expect the release of the 2023 WASSCE within 24-48 hours.
Expect 2023 WASSCE Results within 24-48 hours
The information sent by WAEC to its key stakeholders, such as bulk result checker voucher sellers, stated as follows:
WAEC, in its update, further stated that it has reached the advanced stage of result processing. WAEC also projected that the 2023 WASSCE results for school candidates will be released within 24 to 48 hours. This message was circulated in the Twilight on December 14th by the West African Examination Council.
Since WAEC does not work officially on Saturdays, it is most likely that the results will be released before the end of working hours on Friday, December 15th, 2024.

Subject: WASSCE for School Candidates in 2023
Dear Sir or Madam,
This is to inform you that the council has not yet released the results of the examination mentioned in the subject.
The result processing is still ongoing, though at an advanced stage. We will keep you informed when the results are released.
The checker pins are available at [************] and will be used for checking the results.
Kindly take note of the above. Thank you.

How to check WASSCE results (Step by step)
- Go to the result portal Ghana.waecdirect.org
- Enter your Index Number.
- Select the Type of Examination (e.g. WASSCE).
- Select your Examination Year eg. 2003.
- Enter the Serial Number found on the Voucher.
- Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Voucher eg. 012345678912.
- Confirm your Index Number and Examination Year. This is to ensure that your examination information is correct.
- Click on Submit and wait for the display in the popup window. This may take several minutes.
