The Ghana Education Service has released the 1st batch of Staff ID & Biometric Registration Dates. The new information picked by Ghanaeducation.org indicates that the management of the service has commenced processes to release the second batch.
The 2nd Batch of Staff ID & Biometric Registration is projected to be released before the end of June 2022.
The staff IDs when released will be forwarded to the various Regional Education Directorates for the respective teachers.
As part of efforts to complete the registration for the second batch, the Controller and Accountant General’s Department is also putting its schedules together and be available for the registration of newly posted teachers for the purposes of salary-related data capturing for these teachers.

Newly trained teachers who were posted and are expecting their Staff ID & Biometric Registration when the second batch is released are advised to get the following documents ready for a smooth and successful registration process.
a. Employment form
b. Appointment letter
c. Biometric SSNIT ID card or No. Those who do not have this card now are advised to visit SSNIT with their appointment letters and a National ID (Ghana Card) to be captured by SSNIT.
d. Birth certificate
