The GES Approved 2nd Term Calendar and Week Endings for the second term of the 2022 academic year is based on the revised Ghana Education Service (GES) for basic schools.
Schools are to reopen on Tuesday 10th May 2022 and Vacate on 19th August 2022. Schools will open for 14 weeks during the term.
During the term, there will be two holidays. These are the Eid Al-Fitr which falls on 11th July and Founder’s Day which will be celebrated on 4th August 2022.
In the coming week, Ghanaeducation.org will start to publish weekly lesson plans in partnership with stakeholders. Teachers and schools who want to have these materials in record time are encouraged to join our WhatsApp or Telegram pages.
