In a letter dated 29th May, 2026, to all Metropolitan/Municipal/District Directors of Education, Central on the 2025 PROMOTION EXAM RESULTS CHECKING ISSUES, the GES indicated that its “attention of management of the Central Regional Education Directorate has been drawn to the challenges some staff are encountering when accessing their 2025 Promotion Examination results.”
All staff who have officially reported their challenges to GES have also been advised not to keep checking their results.
“Affected staff who are experiencing these difficulties and have already submitted their complaints via the previously shared Google Form are advised to refrain from further attempts to check their results until further notice.”
All complaints received have been forwarded to the appropriate authorities for investigation and resolution where applicable. Please remain calm while the issues are investigated and resolved. Updates will be communicated as soon as they are available.
