GFA Apologizes To Ghanaians And The Government

The Ghana Football Association has officially reacted to Ghana’s exit from the world cup. Yesterday, Ghana was defeated by Uruguay, and this destroyed Ghana’s chance to move to the next stage of the competition.

The Ghana Football Association in an official communique thanked Ghanaians for supporting the Black Stars during the competition.

“The Ghana Football Association is extremely grateful to the government, the Ghanaian people, the football family, corporate Ghana, our esteemed sponsors and supporters for their unflinching, unwavering and unalloyed support during the Black Stars FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 campaign”

They however admitted and expressed regret for not qualifying to the knockout stage. For that reason, they apologized to the good people of Ghana and the government.

“We regret our inability to progress to the knockout phase of the competition and offer our profound apologies to the government, the people of Ghana, and all stakeholders across the globe.”
