Ghana’s Foundation Will Be Shaken Before 2024 Election – Anas
The well-known investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has revealed that he will soon release an expose that will rock Ghana to its very core.
According to Anas, the documentary, which would be a look into some politicians in the nation, would be released prior to the 2024 elections.
The journalist who made these comments in an interview on DW Africa also said that because of the work being done on the upcoming exposé, he hasn’t published any articles on Ghana for a few months.
“The work I’m doing right now could be the last before the elections. But the warning signs are already there, and I can already see that the ground would shake once more.
There are a few international ones that will soon be available. The foundation of Ghana would be shaken, he said, referring to the person who was speaking to you in his native Ghana.
In order for the new documentary to have the same impact as the previous one, which resulted in Charles Ade Boahen’s removal as the former Minister of State at the Ministry of Finance, he continued, he is being meticulous with it.
Ameyaw Anas After losing his defamation lawsuit against Kennedy Agyapong, the member of parliament for Assin Central, Anas has recently come under fire from a segment of the public.
In a recent ruling on a defamation lawsuit brought by Anas, the Accra High Court’s presiding judge chastised him for allegedly engaging in “investigative terrorism” rather than investigative journalism.
The journalist also came under fire for his “Galamsey Economy” documentary, which named Charles Adu Boahen as a suspect and resulted in the former minister’s dismissal. Some claimed that the journalist had set up the former minister.
The 2024 elections will begin next year December 2024.
