Abdul-Samed is believed to be Ghana’s tallest man. If stands up, you will quickly take a step back, miss a heart bit, and look up to see where his body height ends. 

The 27-year-old was once a footballer who was nicknamed Peter Crouch. He was not born tall, but he says we woke up one day and realized he was increasing in size and height.

Gigantism is an uncommon health condition that makes children grow very tall and fast. The abnormal growth in height is treatable, but once Gigantism affects a child, the symptoms may remain with him or her. He or she, however, needs regular medical checkups and support to live a normal life. 

This is what Abdul-Samed, Ghana’s tallest man, has lacked all this while. Abdul-Samed aka Awutsey says he needs help since he is not feeling well.
