How 2025 BECE Scams and Fake Leaked Exam Questions Will Work

If you are one of those looking forward to 2025 BECE leaked exam questions, chances are that you will be scammed but you will have little or no confidence to complain publicly.
With the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) just around the corner, exam syndicates that engage in scamming unsuspecting students, teachers, parents, and schools have initiated their scamming processes. These criminals have started promoting their so called leaked BECE questions and WAEC must step up its efforts to halt this.
These examination scammers have started registering candidates and anyone interested in receiving leaked examination papers. Per our findings at the Ghana Education News, registration is between GHS100 and GHS250 while they are charging between GHS150.00 and GHS700 for one paper or the full set.
To convince unsuspecting persons and compel them to pay money with the promise of leaking 2025 BECE exam questions and marking schemes, they have started sharing front covers of supposed 2025 BECE questions on their Telegram and WhatsApp channels.
These images are carefully crafted by these scammers and criminals, which they use to convince people that they have the set of questions WAEC would be using to examine candidates.
If you are a parent, a teacher, a candidate, or any other stakeholder who believes such images of so-called 2025 BECE leaked papers, then you must be fooling yourself.
You must be fooling yourself because WAEC examination questions for the 2025 BECE cannot be in the public domain as of now, and so no one has access to the exact look and feel of the question papers. It is also illegal to possess such materials before WAEC official releases them as question papers in the BECE from 11th June, 2025.
Those cover pages leaked into the public domain by the scammers and their syndicates are their own creations, targeting persons who may be interested in their illegal activities.
Already, they have started sharing, in addition to the above, screenshots of supposed payments by supposed candidates and parents who are interested in their services. They have also started posting so-called messages they have received from parents, teachers, and some candidates who have shown interest in their illegal activities. All these are targeted at getting you, yes you in particular to make payment if you are either preparing for the BECE or if someone closer to you is writing the exam.
You believe these criminals at your own peril because whatever they are posting are all lies and well-crafted messages expected to engage your attention and to compel you to make payments to them.
Be informed that such persons would run away with your money, and you will not be able to trace them because you cannot physically meet them to transact with them, and they do not have questions and answers as they want you to believe. They will surely block you after receiving payment from you.
These criminals ensure that, they do not use their own name registered Momo numbers instead they have procured Business registered SIM cards from the black market. Some may use name registered sims but such sims would also not be their real names making it even more difficult to arrest them. Once you pay the money into their accounts, they will also send it to their orginal Momo number which you are not aware of. This is done instantly to make sure that there is no funds on the number you transact with them on. This way, if MTN blocks the SIM following a report of the SIM, they will loose no money.
Usually, they use all the tricks above to gain confidence in any person who contacts them on such issues. Once you pay the money, they will disappear. You would send a message, and you will not get any reply. And since you are engaged or trying to engage in an illegal examination activity, you will not have the guts to even report such matters to MTN or any MOMO service provider, let alone the Ghana Police Service.
It is sad that teachers, schools, and parents who want their children to excel at the BECE at all costs when they have not prepared adequately would fall for such scams. In the end, you lose money, you lose credibility, and you teach your children or candidates the wrong ways of excelling in examinations, thus training them to become cheats at this early age, only to grow up to become irresponsible criminals in leadership.

There are better and legitimate ways of excelling at the BECE, and there is no law against the. Students and their teachers should continue to collaborate, revise, engage in activite learning and work together towards helping candidates to do independent work in the exams hall from the 11th of June to the 18th of June to help them pass the 2025 BECE. Parents and schools ochestrating their cheating strategies and examination leaking syndicates should desist from the act.
Any 2025 BECE candidate thinking of and planning how to get leaked 2025 BECE questions is not serious. Such canidates are not ready to study towards passing the examination. Parents, teachers and schools also hiding to mastermind cheating at the BECE should be ashame of themselves.
