• Applicants will first have to purchase the nursing training forms (e-voucher) for the Public Health Trainin institutions at any ADB branch for two hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢ 200.00) or using the Mobile Money short code *887*18# and follow the prompt.

2. Proceed to the MOH Admission Portal login page via: https://apply.healthtraining.gov.gh/application

3. Enter your Serial Number and PIN on the e-voucher obtained from the bank

4. Tap on Login

5. Check all the required information and complete the following stages

• Select programme

• Select institution

• Input required academic details (upload the results of your examination)

6. Upload a passport-sized photograph

7. Preview the summary of your online application

8. Agree to the Terms and Conditions

9. Tap on Submit

10. Print a copy of the online application form or save it as a PDF.
