Human eyes, tongue were put in rubber bag: Latest on Wa Central Killings

Information related to the latest murder and killings in Wa Central is that human eyes and tongue put in a rubber bag have been intercepted and lodged with the Ghana Police. This news has further increased fear and panic in the Wa Central municipality.
The Member of Parliament for Wa Central, Dr. Abdul-Rashid Pelpuo has condemned the recent serial killings in the Upper West Region capital, Wa, reposing confidence in the police to arrest the perpetrators.
While speaking on the sad development, he disclosed that the latest body found in the municipality had the eyes and tongue removed and put in a rubber bag.
He made the revelations while speaking to 3FM on their Sunrise on Monday, September 19, programme. He added that the images confirming the incident were sent to him through social media (WhatsApp)
The NDC MP furthered that Wa has been known for its peace, hardly recording street fights and that the current happenings are disturbing, and their rampant occurrence has shaken the very foundation of the town.
The youth of the municipality have registered their total displeasure through a match in some principal streets of the town. The recent mysterious kidnappings and murders have become a big headache for everyone as people are now leaving in fear.

The body of a security guard, allegedly kidnapped, was discovered in a shallow grave around the Napogbakole residential area, behind Blue Hill Hotel on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Although it has been exhumed by officials from the Ghana Police Service for further investigations, the need for security to be beefed up in Wa Central has become even more critical now
Already, officers of the Ghana Police Service have been deployed to the town, while the Inspector General of Police (IGP) is paying a working visit to the area.
