Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel International, has revealed that he was given ¢1.6m and a range rover to paralyze the chief of Staff, Frema Akosua Osei-Opare, through spiritual means.

According to Nigel, this person, who has since passed away, presented three options, one of which was a request to spiritually incapacitate the Chief of Staff. Nigel, emphasizing his role as a man of God, asserted that he possesses the power to bless or harm but chose not to fulfill this request.
“When I was a student at Legon, Freda Opare was the MP there so I knew her. God should bless her wherever she is. One of Freda Opare’s people came to me that I saw pray Against Freda Opare because President Akufo Addo promised such person that position. The person came to me with a range over and ¢1.6m to Paralyze the Chief of staff. When they left, I told my team that I won’t do it” he said.
Nigel Gaisie revealed that he has a lot of witnesses who can attest to his allegations.
Frema Akosua Osei-Opare had previously served as a Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon from 2005 to 2009. In 2017, upon taking office, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo appointed her as the Chief of Staff, making her the first female to hold this position in Ghana. She was retained by the President for his second term in 2020.
