I will bring Alan Back to NPP; this is the current trending message from Honorable Kennedy Agyapong to all delegates. It is about two weeks for the New Patriotic Party NPP to have their primaries. This election will take place on the 4th of November 2024. The presidential aspirants and parliamentary aspirants in the New Patriotic Party NPP are working assiduously to win the race on the 4th of November 2024.

Following the results of the super delegates elections organized by the New Patriotic Party NPP about a month ago, Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng placed third after His Excellency Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia the Vice President of Ghana and Honorable Kennedy Agyapong,  member of parliament for the good people of Assin Central; the former minister in Charge of Trade and Industries under the leadership of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo withdraw from the competition. After two weeks, Honorable Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng set up his own movement as the presidential candidate for the 2024 general elections. Alan Kwadeo Kyeremanteng chose the butterfly as his movement logo; that is the logo for Movement for Change.

Many people are of the view that the withdrawal of Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng from the New Patriotic Party NPP will affect the party negatively in terms of vote in the 2024 general elections.  Speaking to the delegate in Tamale ahead of the NPP’s primaries, Honorable Kennedy Agyapong assured all supporters and fans of Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng to give him their votes. Kennedy Agyapong is of the view that he will be able to bring Alan Kyeremanteng back to the New Patriotic Party NPP because he (Kennedy Agyapong) simply stands for unity and peace and on that basis, he will be able to unify the party again to include Alan Kwadwo Kyeremateng. Alan Kyeremanteng is one of the founding fathers of the New Patriotic Party. His exit from the party was a big blow to some of the great politicians and leaders of the New Patriotic Party. Some are hoping and wishing to have the Honorable Alan Kyeremateng back to the New Patriotic Party NPP.
