If your ward is in public school, show teachers love this vacation, don’t be stingy because these teachers have educated your wards for three terms. Do not give excuses, no gift is small, but let it be a decent one and forget about the “economy is hard excuses”.

Some parents do not know how to give and appreciate the effort of teachers and strangely, this is common with parents whose wards attend public schools. If you say this assertion is wrong, prove me wrong by showing appreciation to the teacher of your ward this vacation.

One of the very difficult places to work in is a public school, and teachers who burn out themselves to light up our children deserve your love and appreciation. If your ward attends a KG to SHS in a public school, show your ward’s teacher love this vacation.

When it is vacation, private school teachers go home excited because parents willingly, without any force, show teachers appreciation in cash and in kind. I always see private school teachers in most schools I have visited go home with several bags of rice, pieces of cloth, beverages in packs and even envelopes with money from parents to thank these hardworking teachers for their work throughout the year.

This hardly happens in public schools. In some instances, parents will even come to school to ask the teacher how he or she is going to help them celebrate Bronya.

If your ward attends KG to SHS in a public school, show your ward’s teacher love this vacation. If your ward is in public school, show teachers love this vacation, don’t be stingy.

After another year of teaching and learning, I believe that, parents must applaud the efforts of teachers in public schools.

Some of them handle unbelievable number of learners, they sometimes spend their income buying books, pens and other materials for your wards because they cannot watch them sit in class without taking part in learning activities.

Teachers in basic schools have given their very best even without textbooks. They have delivered on the job even in the face of less motivation.

It will be very ungrateful on the part of parents and guardians not to show teachers any kind of selfless appreciation.

You know what to do as a parent and make your ward feel proud of their teachers.

These learners want to be seen bringing their teacher a gift this vacation. Some want to tell their friends they are happy because their mum or dad called their teacher to say thank you for all the hard work they have done in the year.

Prove to our public school teachers that, you appreciate their contribution towards the education of your ward(s).
