I’m The Dj Khaled Of Africa, Smallgod Says In An Interview

Popular music investor Nana Kwame Appiasei also known as Smallgod has said that he is the DJ Khaled of Africa with his contributions to the music industry.
Smallgod is a Ghanaian music entrepreneur, and culture and streetwear connoisseur for years who has finally taken a leap of faith to be an artist. His contributions to the Ghanaian music industry have won him several commendations, the most prominent being, Abonten Father.
Speaking in an interview with Amansan Kraye on Kaslte FM, Smallgod stated that a person can be recognized as a music person by not just singing but also through the investments they have done to promote the genre.
“Where we’ve reached now in the music business, you don’t need to be used to singing per se to be called a musician because there are so many aspects of music being created,” he said.
Smallgod argued that there are a lot of people who have contributed a lot to music entertainment but are not musicians.
“There are writers, producers, executive producers and there are so many people that bring the whole thing together so if you understand that then you understand it’s okay,” he added.
