Important MAY 2023 BECE Home Mock Update: Mock Starts 19th May Nationwide
Important MAY 2023 BECE Home Mock Update for Parents and Candidates as we get ready for the May mock examination.
Ghana Education News (Education-News Consult), Ghana’s most innovative education blog, will administer the May 2023 Home Mock from Friday 19th May to Sunday 21st May 2023 across homes in Ghana where candidates have been registered.
Parents who have registered their wards will receive their questions other materials or details on Thursday 18th May 2023.
The May 2023 BECE Home Mock is the 4th Mock for the year for BECE candidates preparing for the WAEC exam.
This May mock is our first of the last three Super Mocks (SUPER MOCKS): Marking will be toughened across all papers. Note that our Grade One score remains 90-100 throughout the mocks.
We have provided additional reminder rules on question papers to keep candidates informed and inspired to give off their best in the remaining mocks.
As follows:
- Read through the questions, brainstorm, and plan your answers before you finally answer them. This is one of the good ways to manage your time in an exam and to do well.
- Write clearly, use simple expressions, and provide the best answers possible.
- Write answers that provide additional information. If you just list answers or provide one to three-worded answers, you will fail the paper.
- Do well to explain your answers to help earn full marks. Check your units of measurement, spelling, and grammar, and read over your work before submitting it.
- Write question numbers boldly, and start every new major question (answers) on a new page.
- Do not rewrite the full question before answering.
- Show workings for all Maths-related questions in section B.
