Job Vacancy For Accra Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing and developing distribution networks for the company’s product lines in Accra (and its evirons), Tema, and Kasoa for the company’s product lines.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programmes
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
• Preparing and submitting sales contacts for orders
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Keeping and updating records of clients
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
• Prospecting and identify new and potential customers
• Sell company products to customers
• Maintain customer relationships and updating the Sales Manager on customer information
• Providing the Sales Manager with information on market and competitor activities
• Appointing 3 key distribution in Accra and 1 in Tema and one in Kasoa
• Ensuring all the company products are in all major supermarkets in Accra, Kasoa and Tema
• Providing information on all credit sales and particulars of debtors to the accounts department
• Collecting all money in debt and submit them to the Accounts Officer
• Must meet a monthly minimum target which will be established by the Factory Manager
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 5 years of experience in sales
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• A commitment of excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
