A reputable training and management consultancy company with its headquarters in the US and branch in Ghana, is looking for the following candidates for employment: Business Development Officer

Duties

• Develop effective marketing strategies for business growth
• Design, create and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Meet revenue targets and draft innovative business models
• Manage old clients to sustain continuous business
• Responsible for social media marketing
• Write and improve business proposals for clients
• Formulate, develop and design new courses and their course contents
• Develop and implement effective growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
• Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and engage other units and personnel to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
• Gain and use in-depth understanding of the marketing strategies to convert leads into loyal customers
• Develop and identify new leads using data mining, telemarketing and through working with team leader to ensure effective marketing via all client networks
• Identify and coordinate market research (including data mining) to develop the marketing functions and mailing lists of our database in line with current and future projects
• Provide regular reports summarizing the outcomes of marketing activities
• Liaise with the IT department towards improving online adverts and updating website contents periodically
• Manage clients calls, respond to email correspondences and appointments
• Design and prepare training calendar for all the various trainings programmes and schedule upcoming trainings
• Manage a knowledgeable data of clients, referrals and prospects

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree / Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration or Business Management
• 3 to 5 years of working experience
