Job Vacancy For Credit Manager
A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is Region for qualified applicants to occupy the following position: Credit Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in ACcounting, Economics, Finance and Agric Business with 10 years of working experience in Rural Banking and 5 years in a similar position
• A Master’s degree with 3 years of experience as a Credit Manager is a Rural Bank
• Ability to develop, review and update the bank’s credit policies
• To create credit scoring models to predict risks
• Ability to prepare and submit all credit reports as required by the Bank of Ghana and other regulatory and supervisory bodies as well as the board and management
• Should have an indepth knowledge in credit issues, including classification of loans, aging analysis and credit management
• Ability to efficiently work to maintain the regulatory benchmark of New Performing loans at all times
