Key Accountabilities
• Review technical proposals from investors and give recommendation to the CEO
• Develop and Manage project and plan for the development of preparatory works for promotion and development of the Petroleum and Petrochemical Hub
• Develop and Manage the installation of Utilities for companies within the Enclave
• Assist companies to acquire all relevant licenses and permits from relevant regulatory bodies
• To monitor and evaluate operations in the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Hub to ensure value retention for the country
• Work with HR to develop human capital to ensure an industry ready workforce
• Establish, keep and maintain a register of companies and service providers operating within the Petroleum and Petrochemical Hub
• Monitor the construction activities within the organisation to ensure works are done according the local standards and any applicable international standards

• Strong Knowledge of manufacturing, production and processes

Qualification Required & Experience
• A master’s degree in Petro chemicals or petroleum engineering disciple or equivalent

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of working experience within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals industry with at least five (5) years in a managerial role
