Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of HND in Agribusiness, Marketing or a related discipline
• A minimum of two (2) years work experience in the same or similar role in the banking sector
Competencies & Skills
• In-depth knowledge in Microfinance
• Appreciable customer service orientation with good human relations
• Ability to ride motorbike, and possess a valid licence
• Must be computer literate, with proficiency in T24 banking software and Microsoft office suite
• Self-motivated, analytical & attentive to details
• Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism & adheres to ethical standards
• Good numeracy and coordination skills
