Job Vacancy For HR Manager

A Ghanaian-owned animal feed company located in Kumasi seeks a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the company’s HR team

The successful candidate will develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organisaton and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy and manage the company’s recruitment and selection process, assess training needs, develop, implement and manage training programmes that support current and future business needs

The successful candidate will also develop and overseee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and maintain a pay plan and benefits programme and ensure that practices are in compliance with labour laws, as well nurture a positive working environment in the company.

Qualification Required & Experience

• The successful candidate will have a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, along with 4 years of working experience in a progressive company and show clearly rising levels of responsibility and engagement in HR administration and practice. An MBA or other advanced degree/certification in human resource management is a strong plus
