ASA Savings and Loans LTD is looking for a suitable qualified person for the position of Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement all human resource policies in line with company needs and suggest improvements/reviews as and when necessary
• Organise and manage new employee orientation by providing information explaining company policies and relevant benefits and obtaining employee information
• Ensure that company operates within the labor laws as well as the regulatory policies
• Prepare and send periodic reports to management and other stakeholders
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives strong teamwork, professional development and focus on organisational impact
• Maintaining proper records of all staff both manually and electronically
• Coordinate training programms internally and externally for staff
• Help with payroll management
• Support and promote a positive and collaborative organisational culture

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in HRM from a recognised institution
• Master’s Degree in HRM
• A professional qualification in HRM Managerial role or reputable institution
• Demonstrate high-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Age limit should not be more than 50 years
