Job Vacancy For Manager
A state of the art gym located in community 18,Spintex is seeking a Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
maintaining and growing the business, as well as overseeing the maintenance of equipment, cleanliness, and creating a fun workout environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue
• Manage and motivate a team of trainers and staff.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and ensure cleanliness of the facility.
• Create and maintain a fun and positive workout environment for clients.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Stay informed of industry trends and implement new ideas to improve the gym.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the fitness industry. Applicants should have strong leadership and motivational skills. • Must also have a proven track record of increasing membership and revenue.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills,
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience,
• Experience in marketing and public relations,should have a passion for fitness and wellness, pay strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task,
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
