Job Vacancy For Operations Manager

A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is Region for qualified applicants to occupy the following position: Operations Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance from a recognised University with 5 years working experience as Operations Manager, preferably in Rural Banking
• Master’s Degree with 3 years of working experience in a similar position (Operations Manager) in a Rural Bank
• A professional qualification in business related courses will be as added advantage
• Must have an indepth knowledge in Operations
• Should be able to Coordinate all the activities of the branches and handle all operational issues
• Should be able to prepare monthly and other periodic operational reports for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
• Should liaise with the Finance Manager to ensure timely preparation of annual budget, quarterly budget review, forecasts and business plans
• Should have the ability to efficiently manage treasury in line with all operational and regulatory framework
