BezoMoney is seeking to employ a Product Manager who will be responsible for defining and delivering our end-to-end product experience, working with company leadership, engineers and UX designers to achieve exceptional business results while creating products that delight our users and allow them to achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

Develop fintech product strategy and roadmap that drives impact and ROI with a strong focus on regional financial ecosystems, user research, and quantitative data
Build business cases and drive outcome-oriented product prioritization decisions with a strong UX focus
Deliver clear product specs/requirements
Work with engineers on agile product development execution
Work with UX designers to achieve robust engagement growth, product optimization, and easy-to-use products
Collaborate with leadership to define product success metrics and be responsible for the measurement, monitoring and success of those metrics
Collaborate with marketing to drive product and market strategy
Cultivate a deep understanding of BezoMoney’s user segments and market opportunity in various regions

Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
2-3 years’ experience in Product Management or a similar role
Background in product management, product design/UX, or data analytics
Leadership skills and ability to manage through influence

Additional Preferred Skills And Abilities

Great communication ability – ability to describe complex topics in a clear manner to leadership, engineers, designers
Demonstrated ability to ship consumer facing software products and deliver meaningful business results
Can quickly learn about fintech ecosystems in various regions
Expertise with data analytics tools
Understanding of agile development
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with distributed global teams
Highly results – oriented
Openness to feedback, improving and iterating
