Jayaf Limited is a tea marketing and manufacturing company having a tea packaging facility in Accra for the past 2 years. We are part of the Indian company Madhu Jayanti Pvt. Ltd. which is the largest exporter of packaged tea from India.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly volume targets
• Support distributors in achieving numeric distribution and sales volume targets
• Motivate and work through distributors’ sales teams across Ghana
• Develop new channels of distribution and support the existing customer base with regular visits and promotion implementation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in Ghana
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English/Hindi
• Experience in foods brands sales would be an added advantage
