A multinational company seeks the services of a Senior Manager – Sales and Marketing to assist in identifying and developing business opportunities for the company while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategies, assistance in working towards the plan to achieve the defined yearly targets and objectives set for the country/region
Responsibilities
· Assistance in analyzing business needs to identify new opportunities over and above the present core businesses
- Possess thorough understanding of VFS Global’s service offerings and capabilities
- Prepare and maintain databases for various areas relating to the current & future business
· Prepare all quarterly reports for the client’s governments
- Help establish contacts with various diplomatic Missions and governments within Africa region as well as Globally for business development in Africa
- Assistance in tender processes.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s information security policies
- and procedures applicable to the role
- Ensure continuous and sustained business development effort which would help in enhancing the Company profile and Brand image
· Assistance in market intelligence activities – continuously scout for new opportunities, competition information, and new initiatives that can be proposed to the clients in an ever-changing and competitive environment
· Shall adhere to the environmental health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.

- Identify opportunities for growth of business for VISA outsourcing /Identity Management/ Citizen Services and Value-Added Services business

Qualifications for the Sales and Marketing Manager Position
Education: Minimum: Graduate or global equivalent
Additional: Postgraduate or global equivalent
Experience: 3 – 5 years’ work experience
Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Proficient in M.S. Office
- Excellent negotiation skills
Language – Fluent French (speaking and writing) and English
