National Service Scheme, NSS Speaks on Deductions of NSS Allowance For The Month Of August
We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the recent unexpected deduction of 25 Cedis from your accounts. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this has caused, and we want to assure you that we are taking immediate action to rectify the situation.
The deduction was a result of an automated error within the system. Unfortunately, the system was not properly formatted after the previous deduction, which led to this unintended deduction. We deeply regret this oversight and are committed to resolving it promptly.
Thank you
N-yatifu Utow Moses Kwasi
[President Krachi Nchumuru and KrachiWest Municipal- NASPA].
When the management of the Ghana National Service Scheme made payment for the July 2023 allowance, it was observed nationwide that there had been a deduction of about 25 Ghana cedis from the allowance of all National Service Personnel in the country.
National Service Personnel are still waiting for a reasonable explanation from the management of the National Service Scheme on the deductions of the allowance of the National Service personnel across the country. The issue is getting more intense as another deduction has been made against the payment of the NSS August allowance. National Service personnel are not happy about what is going on at the National Service Scheme. Following these unapproved deductions from National Service Personnel in Ghana, some personnel have flooded social media with their lamentation in the hope that their grievances will be attended to by the management of the Ghana National Service Scheme.
