“Kill Or Pay” Demonstration To Hit Government Next Week; Read Details

The Coalition of NABCO Trainees has threatened to embark on a demonstration on 13th December, 2022, over unpaid allowances.
The Coalition said the economic situation of Trainees had worsened due to the failure of government to pay their nine months allowance.
In a press statement, the NABCO Trainees revealed that the hope of Trainees in their career exit pathway had been curtailed owing to the delay by government to migrate them into permanent mainstream work.
The Coalition said all efforts to get the government to fulfill its promise and pay an accrued sum of 6,300 Ghana Cedis to each trainee had been fruitless and stated the resolve of the Trainees to demonstrate in demand of their allowances.
For this reason, the trainees have attained the permission and approval of the Ghana Police Service to embark on such strike on 13th December, 2022.
Members of NABCO are advised to come prepared to the Parliament House and also the Ministry to Finance to hit hard on government and also force them to do the needful.
