KNUST 2024 Undergraduate Admission Application Closing Date Out
The management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has announced that the 2024 Regular Undergraduate Application Portal will close on Saturday, 30th November 2024.
This announcement follows the university’s decision to postpone the reopening date for level 100 students until further notice.
In a blog post by the university, sighted by Ghanaeducation.org, the university confirmed the portal’s closing date: “Please note that the Regular Undergraduate Application Portal will close on Saturday, 30th November 2024,” the announcement stated.
Earlier in the year, the 2024 KNUST admission closing date was extended for all programmes.
The university did not provide additional information regarding 2024 WASSCE candidates who are still awaiting the release of their results by the West African Examinations Council.
However, applicants still processing their admission applications are advised to take proactive steps to complete the process before the deadline.
Students who start the application but fail to complete it on or before the closing date will not be considered for admission into the university. Such students will be deemed ineligible for consideration.
In a related development, the university has advised all applicants against seeking assistance from any person or group to secure admission. The institution emphasized that anyone engaging in such practices does so at their own risk.
“PUBLIC NOTICE: ANY APPLICANT WHO MAKES ANY FORM OF SOLICITATION TO ANY PERSON OR GROUP OF PERSONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF INFLUENCING AND/OR GAINING ADMISSION INTO THE UNIVERSITY DOES SO AT HIS/HER OWN RISK,” the notice stated.
Applicants facing challenges are encouraged to contact the university’s admission officers via the provided helpline numbers for assistance.
