KNUST Students Hostel Registration Date and Procedure Out for all freshers admitted into the university for the 2022/2023 academic year which takes off in January, 2023.
According to the blog post by the university sighted by the GhanaEducation.org, it the university added that the freshers can book their rooms from 30th December, 2022.
“Opening of the KNUST Accommodation Application System (Portal) for booking of Rooms for FRESHERS has been rescheduled for Friday, 30th December 2022.” The notice issued indicated.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION FOR ACCOMMODATION
Freshers must:
- Accept the offer of admission to proceed.
- Pay academic fees in full before applying for accommodation.
- Please note: Do not pay academic and residential fees together.
- Make a reservation for accommodation before payment of residential fees.
Follow the steps below to make a reservation and select a room
- Login with your Application Number and PIN at https://accommodation.knust.edu.gh/
- Select the Make a reservation button to view available accommodation.
- Read and accept the accommodation instructions.
- Select accommodation from the list available. A reservation code will be generated.
- Logout of the system and proceed to a paypoint to pay residential fees.
- After payment of residential fees, login to the system to select a room.
While announcing the opening of the KNUST Accommodation Application System (Portal) Procedure for Application for Freshers, the admission office advised students to be careful not to be scammed by persons parading as staff of the university on its Social Media Platforms.
