As part of the preparatory mock examinations for the 2025 BECE, scheduled for June 2025, Education-News Consult will organize its March 2025 BECE Home and School Mocks for candidates this month. The March mock will be the 6th mock towards the BECE.
What is the Education-News Consult Home Mock?
The Education-News Consult Home Mock is a specialized mock examination for candidates at home, administered by the consult. This service, now in its fourth year in Ghana, has benefited many parents since the 2022 BECE.
Parents play important roles in the effective and efficient administration of the Home Mock, such as enrolling their wards, ensuring the mock is invigilated at home, and submitting the scripts in the prescribed manner and within the submission time.
The Home Mock covers a maximum of eight subjects and offers three different service packages.
To participate, a parent or guardian must pay a non-refundable registration fee of GHS 100.00 and then choose one of the following packages:
Your ward can take this exam regardless of their location in the country. This is a great opportunity to register them and have them tested and challenged to prepare for the BECE.

The School Mock
This is a service offered to schools interested in assessing their candidates with high-quality mock questions that challenge both students and teachers to maximize their preparation.
The School Mock covers a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 9 subjects and offers three different service packages.
- School Mock Service 1: This service allows schools to purchase our mock papers in either MS Word or PDF format from our online mock stores.
- School Mock Service 2: This is the standard mock service. The mock questions, marking schemes, and exam materials are provided to the school at the cost of GHS 30.00 per candidate. Note that the price reflects the quality of the questions and the high-quality materials used for printing. We currently do not serve schools with fewer than 10 candidates for this service and encourage schools in this category to use the soft copy service explained above.
- School Mock Service 3: This is the premium service, offered to schools with at least 5 candidates. It includes all the services in School Mock Service 2, plus marking, grading, and a detailed subject-by-subject examination report for schools and teachers to take proactive steps towards the readiness of the school and its candidates for the examination.
