The unfavourable condition of service in private Education in Ghana and in West Africa has led to the poor living standards of all private school teachers.

Many are the teachers who are hit with critical health conditions and abandoned by their employers. Private school teachers during Covid 19 era lose their jobs and were denied salaries for one good year because of the bad conditions of service in the private schools.
