The Eastern region is one of the regions in Ghana with most senior high schools. The region currently has over 99 senior high schools. Out of this number, only nine(9) falls under category ‘A’ schools. Majority of the remaining falls under category ‘B’ schools.

Krobo Girls’ Senior High School is an all-female second-cycle institution in Odumasi Krobo in the Eastern Region of Ghana. It is one of the best girls school in the region. No wonder it is a category ‘A’ school. They have good teachers and good students.

7. Ghana Senior High, Koforidua

Ghana Senior High School, Koforidua, popularly known as GHANASS, is a high school in Koforidua. It was preceded by the establishment of two colleges that ultimately combined into what is currently known as The Beacon of the East.
