NPP staff have even received 13th month salaries? Facts Available

The information making rounds indicates NPP staff have even received 13th-month salaries and will have a great festive season. How true is this?

An authoritative source has informed GhanaWeb that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has made great strides under Stephen Ntim’s leadership, including reports of major improvements in employee welfare.

According to the source, staff personnel have seen salary increases, with some receiving twice as much as before the current executive leadership of the party took control.

“Just this Christmas break, the staff received their 13th-month salaries,” the insider added.

In addition, the insider went on to say that during the holiday season, nearly every employee received a gift.

It is dishonest for anyone to claim that our current leadership is not treating party staff with respect. Since the success of the party is dependent on each and every one of us, the chairman and general secretary have made sure that everyone is given top priority.

I can tell you with confidence that this is the greatest leadership for our party because I have served under three different ones. No one should ever deceive you, the insider said.

As a result of the party’s and the government’s partnership, employees now have more opportunities than before.

This follows rumours that the present administration is unpopular at headquarters and that some employees are comparing it to previous ones.

For some Ghanaians, the agitation by some NPP faithful has brought the cat out of the bag, and people in government are receiving not only double salaries but also 13th-month salaries. It is believed this 13th-month salary is paid to NPP apparatchiks, while some fellow Ghanaians have not even received their salaries.

Others have debunked the rumour and indicated that this cannot be true since the NPP headquarters staff are not payees of the Accountant General. They have called on all to stop doing politics with everything, including when one should sleep with his wife depending on which party you belong to.
