The National Teaching Council (NTC) releases 2026 Ghana Teacher Licensure Results for candidates who sat the March 2026 examination. A visit to the official result portal of the NTC for the GTLE indicated “GTLE results for March 2026 have been released.”
The NTC has not made public how many teachers excelled in the examination and how many failed at the time of filing this report.
The National Teaching Council is mandated by the Education Regulatory Bodies Act 2020 (Act 1023), section 60(b), to conduct examinations for the licensing of persons who successfully complete teacher education programmes. In order to be recognized as a teacher in Ghana, one must pass the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE).
Teachers who sat for the examination can now visit the portal to check their result.
How to check the 2026 Ghana Teacher Licensure Results
Candidates who sat the exam can check the result by following the procedure below.
- Head to the result portal at exams.ntc.gov.gh
- On this portal, click on “check results.”
- Enter your SERIAL NUMBER
- Enter your PIN number for the exam
- Click submit to check your result.
