As #FixTheCountry trends, Mr. KofiAkpaloo, the leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG) has called on Nana Addo to pay Ghanaian teachers well.
He has indicated that it is time for the Nana Akufo-Addo led government to consider increasing the salary of Ghanaian teachers and stop deciding them with allowances.
He made the comments whiles speaking in an interview on Kingdom 107.7 FM. The outspoken politician argued that teachers continue working conditions are not good and never getting better coupled with the low salaries they receive.
Mr. Akpaloo said the claims made by the government that it has improved teacher welfare is mere lip service.
He called on the government to stop the act and rather help teachers deal with the poor conditions of service they face.
